- Tax treatment

The vendor is a Japan-based sole proprietor and is currently a tax-exempt enterprise for Japanese consumption tax (JCT) purposes; no JCT is collected or remitted on this purchase, and the price shown is the total amount payable. For customers outside Japan, this purchase is treated as a cross-border (export-type) transaction. Buyers may be responsible for VAT or sales tax in their own jurisdiction depending on local rules; we do not collect or remit such taxes at this time.

Credit card or debit card via Stripe. The payment is a one-time charge for a 1-year license term. There is no automatic renewal.
- Delivery

The license file is delivered by email and shown on the confirmation page immediately after payment confirmation.
- Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Product, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations after payment is completed, and no pro-rated refunds are issued for the unused portion of the license term. This Section applies to returns where the Product conforms to the contract and we are not in breach; it does not affect any statutory right to cancel, or to claim damages or other remedies, arising from our non-performance or from the Product's non-conformity with the contract.
Exception (failure attributable to us): If a license file is not delivered to you, or fails to function, due to a technical error or defect attributable to us — and re-delivery or repair cannot be completed within a reasonable time — we will issue a full refund. Nothing in this Section limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable consumer-protection law.

The license is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
This is a non-recurring, one-time payment. The license does not auto-renew, and you will not be automatically charged after the term ends. To continue using the Product, purchase a new license manually.
- Governing law / jurisdiction

These Sales Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with these Sales Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
